Our next phase of the continual investment plan was to close the loop within the ALT business units and build our own Coatings Division from the ground up for Plasma Spraying of our anilox rolls and sleeves.

After years of research and development looking into Thermal Spraying and understanding the methodology, principles and requirements we were set to move forward with the final project.

We decided to build a standalone facility like we have recently completed with our roller base manufacturing to offer better control, contingency planning and ensuring we treat each business unit as its own entity with the right people, the right environment and state of the art equipment to ensure efficiency and quality of our products.

The land adjacent to our existing two factories was purchased and the new building work at factory 3 started.
