From our engineering facility where we can manufacture anilox rollers and undertake engineering repairs, to our newly opened Plasma Coatings division housing our state of the art Metallisation PS50 Plasma System and finally through to our Laser engraving department where we have our state of the art ULTRA Fibre Optic LED lasers with onboard software packages that enable creation of the unique NANO cell structure. We can offer the full product and service you require.

On Site

Our workshops/factories are all located on the same site giving us full control of our production and quality control on every anilox roller or sleeve we produce ensuring accurate tolerance/balanced rollers with high quality ceramic coatings and engraving. We ensure the highest level of volume control and accuracy available in the market.

Technical Experience

Alongside our production facility we provide full support to all our customers with technically experienced people who understand all aspects of the Flexographic and Coating processes. From machine manufacture, reprographic and printing plate technology, ink management systems, doctor blades/applicator roller applications, materials and backing tapes.

Training Workshops

We offer dedicated Training Workshops to our customers with many modules available that include anilox manufacture, the history of the anilox, cell geometry selection and care and handling of the anilox roller or sleeve. This can all be developed to each customers needs and requirements.

Technical Data Sheets

We have a range of proven cell structures created for many different applications such as White, Metallics, Tactile and standard Varnish, whilst still supporting the general Flexographic print process.
